At Vivant Wear, every product is crafted with attention to quality and detail. If for any reason your purchase does not meet expectations, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Customized or limited-edition products (if applicable)

Exchanges

If you receive a wrong size or defective product, we offer an exchange (subject to stock availability).
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Please note: International refunds may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.
